       This week's chapter does a great job of focusing in on and taking a deep dive in on the importance of Twitter marketing and how to use it to your advantage by developing a content strategy. This chapter gives simple and easy to understand steps and tactics to create meaningful and original content to be able to reach the largest audience possible. Just like the previous chapters being, able to reach the most amount of people possible can be a massive benefit especially for smaller businesses in overly saturated markets. Just like many of the larger social media platforms this is a great way to get ahead of larger competition in your specific field of interest. 

    Some of the biggest takeaways of the chapter and overall most important tips that were discussed were keeping posts short. Try and get the important information of the post out in a short, concise and easy to understand manner. Another important tip is try to promote conversation within your post that way the audience has a voice and it creates a direct line of communication from you to the audience. The last large piece of information is knowing when to post. Being able to understand the optimal days and times of when to post is very important and can make or break all of the work you have put into the specific post. 

    Overall this chapter has proven that Twitter can be another ally for businesses of any size but especially a great tool for up and coming business looking for any type of competitive edge. The more a business shows true communication and engagement with its audience will create more loyalty and trust between the business and its audience. This can be a great tool for small businesses who have smaller audiences, being able to make each individual feel heard can create a great reputation within your field of interest.
