SUPER BOWL EXCITEMENT
For many people around the United States today feels like a national holiday, and even more wishes it was. Just like many of you I am so pumped for the Super Bowl and all it has to offer. The last NFL game of the year is a massive deal for many NFL fans and each have their individual reasons. Some are lucky enough to root for one of the two teams in the big game. The rest of us love the parties, the food, the betting, the commercial and the overall atmosphere it provides.
The super bowl is a time for friends, family and loved ones to get together and enjoy each other's company all while watching the game that defines American sports. One of the most special things about the super bowl is its ability to suck people into the game of football even those individuals who do not care for the game. Everyone understands the importance of the game and everyone can find something about this fun day to relate to and get excited about.
No matter how much you love football or hate it, I encourage everyone to sit down and enjoy this fun and unique American experience. One of my personal favorite parts of the Super Bowl is all the food. Nachos, wings, dip, brownies all of it. It makes the atmosphere even more special. I hope that you and whoever you spend this fun day with have the best time and make tons of memories along the way!
I agree that even if you don't like football or either of the teams playing, it's still a great time to get together with friends. I helped host a Super Bowl party this past weekend and made buffalo chicken dip, jalapeno poppers and queso. Everyone had a great time and some friends from out of town even visited.
ReplyDeleteI've never been a fan of sports myself, and my family doesn't really participate in any super bowl shenanigans, but I can definitely appreciate the time it allows you to spend with your friends and others close to you! I think it's a great way for people to come together, and I almost wish there were more events like it for that reason.
